Steph found her passion for health and fitness when in high school, and has been working in the industry ever since. She is well skilled in group training and weight loss challenge program design, and is anxious to incorporate these skills into the Tonicity Fit model. Steph comes to Tonicity Fit with unique skills and experience in group training. She is also a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. Steph graduated from West Chester University in 2018 with as a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology. She has also been personally invested in her own health and wellness since high school. She has worked in the industry for over 4 years. To date, approximately 42 percent of PA residents have been vaccinated and it is anticipated that soon 70 percent of PA residents will be fully vaccinated. While not a requirement, we are happy that so many see the value of the vaccine as a way to protect our community and our Golden Ram community. “With the abundance of vaccines that are now available, we are thrilled that students, faculty, and staff have been or are in the process of getting vaccinated.
